2 days later, the response was that there are many different types of advertisers on the app and the particular advertiser I responded to was the kind that they don't monitor or endorse. I contacted PCH through their laborious and deliberately complicated help site.
I waited 2 months for my pencils to arrive and then checked the URL they gave me during checkout which went to a no longer existing site. I figured if it was a rip off I could just contact PCH and they would fix it because these people were advertising on their app. There is no way the price is this low but, they finally wore me down. A dozen times, I thought this is a rip off. The latest one was shown to me at least a dozen times and said I could get a deluxe box set of karl Lagerfeld colored pencils for $39.99 plus tax. I have been presented with many great bargains on the PCH Plus app.
